ERP System Implementation Specialist is responsible for end-to-end ERP implementation: gathering and clarifying business requirements, configuring the system, organizing user testing and training, and ensuring a successful go-live on time and within budget.​

What you will do

• Collect and refine requirements with key users and stakeholders, and propose the best way to implement them in the system (prioritizing standard functionality).​

• Configure the system, prepare data for migration, and deliver the agreed scope in phases.​

• Run demos/validation sessions, train the SPoC and key users, support Go-Live, and help resolve issues after launch.​

Who we are looking for

• Strong implementation/project delivery skills: plan, timeline, budget, risks, and expectation management.​

• Analytical mindset and ability to “keep it simple”: minimize custom development and focus on what is required for Go-Live.​

• Strong communication and user training skills (hands-on training and involving users in testing).

The Digital ERP Consultant position requires a specialist with experience implementing or maintaining ERP systems, preferably Odoo, and an understanding of key business processes: sales, procurement, warehousing, production, finance, or HR. The candidate should be able to gather and analyze client requirements, configure standard modules, conduct user training, and support system launches.

Strong analytical and communication skills, independence, proactivity, the ability to multitask, and collaborate with business users are essential. Experience in project management, data migration, and integrations is an advantage, as is a basic understanding of Python, XML, SQL, and architecture.

• Configuring the Odoo system, preparing for data migration and implementing functionality in phases.
• Conducting demonstrations and user training, providing support during Go-Live.
• Managing deadlines, risks, issues and communication with the client.

• Strong analytical skills, ability to simplify processes and reduce the volume of individual development.
